TERMS:
1. The promotion starts at the 16th of July 2018 @ 8am (CET).
2. This promotion is subject to:
a. The specific conditions of participation;
b. The general terms and conditions of CASHPOINT Malta Ltd.
3. Those eligible to participate must:
a. Be at least 18 years of age;
b. Be a resident in Austria (determined by registration);
c. Have a verified customer account.
4. All customers registered at CASHPOINT and all holders of a CASHPOINT member card may participate in the cash points program. The customer incurs no additional costs associated with participation in the cash points program.
5. A verified betting account is required.
6. The cash points programme enables the registered customer to collect cash points. Once they have collected 5,000 cash points or more, the customer can redeem them for betting credit.
7. Cash points are earned through real-money bets on sports and live events. Collected cash points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferrable.
8. Cash points use the Euro as reference currency. Bets in foreign currencies are converted into euros in order to calculate cash points.
9. Cash points are valid for one year, and are cancelled on the last day of the corresponding month. Example: cash points earned on January 05, 2018 are valid through January 31, 2.19.
10. The status is recalculated daily and raises when the required cash points are achieved. The achieved status remains through the end of the third full month. The basis for calculation are the cash points collected during the three previous months. If not enough cash points were collected in order to maintain a status, then status is downgraded by one level.
11. When a CASHPOINT customer account is closed, whether by the customer or by CASHPOINT, all non-redeemed cash points are deleted.
12. CASHPOINT reserves the right to correct obvious errors made during account creation. In the case of cancelled bets and games, credited cash points are repealed.
13. CASHPOINT reserves the right to block from the cash points program those customers who infringe upon these Terms & Conditions.
14. CASHPOINT reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15. The cash points Terms and Conditions represent an addendum to the CASHPOINT Malta Ltd. T&C's.
16. In the event of any dispute, CASHPOINT decision will be considered full and final.
17. There is no right of appeal.
