Full Terms and Conditions:
1. Only bets taken at minimum odds of 7/10 or 1.70 or greater per selection will be considered for this promo.
2. The Free Bet is issued on Bet Placement.
3. The Free Bet can only be turned over on Tennis.
4. Bets placed on Handicap or Over/Under markets are excluded from this promotion.
5. The maximum Free Bet given will be R1000.
6. The Grand Slam Free Bet must be turned over once at minimum single bet odds of 7/10 or 1.70. This Free Bet can only be turned over on Tennis.
7. The Free Bet must be turned over as one whole bet. Any portion of the Free Bet not used will be forfeited.
8. If your free bet wins, only your winnings will be returned. Your stake will not be returned.
9. EG: Your Free Bet received is R50. You place a R50 single bet on Tennis at 1.7 odds. Your bet becomes 35/50. If your bet wins, you will receive only the winnings, and not the stake. (R85 – Free Bet of R50 = R35 Winnings).
10. The Free Bet must be used within 7 days.
11. Only one Grand Slam Free Bet per person, per family member, per household address, per email address, or per IP-address, per week (Monday - Sunday) is allowed.
12. PalaceBet reserves the right to reject a Free Bet if it considers that any fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions or other illegal acts were performed. PalaceBet management decision is final.
13. PalaceBet reserves the right in its discretion to exclude and/or limit the availability of the offer to certain customers.
14. PalaceBet reserves the right to change, suspend or void this promotion at any point in time after notifying the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
15. Any disputes can be referred to PalaceBet. If the matter has not been resolved to the player’s satisfaction, the matter can be escalated to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board for consideration and resolution.
