The “$500 First Bet Protection” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of TheScore Bet, which can be viewed at thescore.bet/legal/promo-terms, and the following:

Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 19 years of age or older. Participants must be physically located in the province of Ontario. Participants must have a valid payment method to fund their account. Participants must have a valid and active theScore Bet account. Participants must have not placed a Sportsbook cash bet on theScore Bet as of the start of the Promotion Period (as defined below).

Promotion Period:
The Promotion will start on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 and end on Monday, October 17, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion may be redeemed only one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Qualifying Action:
Participants must place a Sportsbook cash bet of $1 or more (“Qualifying Bet”) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Promotion. To qualify for the Promotion Reward (as defined below), the Qualifying Bet must settle as a loss. The first Qualifying Bet made during the Promotion Period will be used to determine the value of the Promotion Reward. Participants who settle the Qualifying Bet using the “Cash Out” feature will not receive the Promotion Reward. In accordance with the Promotion Terms, if the Qualifying Bet is deemed “No Action” in accordance with the Betting Rules (at thescore.bet/help/house-rules), then the Promotion Reward will not be awarded. Opt-in is not required. A parlay cash bet will qualify. A live cash bet will qualify. A bet placed using a Free Bet will not qualify.

Promotion Reward:
The “Promotion Reward” is ten (10) single Free Bets, each valued at 10% of the Qualifying Bet amount (up to a maximum Free Bet value of $50), for a maximum value of $500 in Free Bets if the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss. The Promotion Reward must be used within seven (7) days of receiving it. The Promotion Reward is non-transferable. The Promotion Reward cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promotion Reward cannot be withdrawn. The Promotion Reward cannot be cashed out. The Promotion Reward is limited to one (1) per account.

Promotion Example #1:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet of $500 and the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss, the Participant will receive ten (10) single Free Bets, each valued at $50, for a total value of $500 in Free Bets.

Promotion Example #2:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet of $1,000 and the Qualifying Bet settles as a loss, the Participant will receive ten (10) single Free Bets, each valued at $50, for a maximum value of $500 in Free Bets.

Promotion Example #3:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet settles as a win, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.

Promotion Example #4:
If a Participant places a Sportsbook cash bet of $0.50, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward. The Participant must place a Qualifying Bet during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Reward.

Promotion Example #5:
If a Participant places a Qualifying Bet and the Qualifying Bet is settled using the “Cash Out” feature, the Participant will not receive the Promotion Reward.

Promotion Exclusions:
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified. VIP-designated players are not eligible for this Promotion.
