Terms and Conditions:
1. Place a Fixed Odds Futures Winner bet (a “Futures Winner Bet”) through your TAB Account on any Race that TAB offers Fixed Odds Futures Winner Betting (a “Futures Race”), and if your runner does not start in the Futures Race then TAB will refund your bet as a Bonus Bet (a “Bonus Bet Refund”), up to a maximum of $50 (the “Maximum Amount”). Bonus Bet Refunds will be determined by the confirmed result (following any protest).
2. This Promotion applies to a maximum of $50 of an Account Holder's Futures Winner Bets on any Selection in a Futures Race (as recorded against the TAB's computer) (a “Qualifying Bet”). An Account Holder may only receive one (1) Bonus Bet Refund (if any) per Selection.
By way of example only, if the Account Holder places the following Futures Winner Bets on the Melbourne Cup:

- $60 on Fun Fact
- $40 on Future Score;
- $20 on Future Score;
- $10 on Spanish Mission;
- $5 on Spanish Mission;
- $1 on Spanish Mission; and
- $10 on Verry Elleegant

and Fun Fact and Spanish Mission are not included in the Melbourne Cup final field, while Future Score is scratched on the day of the Melbourne Cup, then the Account Holder would be eligible for the following Bonus Bet Refunds:

- A $50 Bonus Bet, for the Qualifying Bet on Fun Fact;
- A $50 Bonus Bet, for the Qualifying Bets on Future Score; and
- A $16 Bonus Bet, for the Qualifying Bets on Spanish Mission.

1. Only Qualifying Bets placed through the Account Holder's TAB Account will be eligible for this Promotion. Bets placed via a manned terminal or self-service terminal will not be eligible.
2. Bonus Bets, Boosted Bets, Multi bets, Fixed Odds Futures Place bets, Winner Out bets, any bets placed after the declaration of the Race’s final field, and bets that are Cashed Out, are not eligible for this Promotion. Fixed Odds Futures Winner Bets are the only bets capable of being eligible for this Promotion. Bets that are placed after a bet is Cashed Out (and that bet would have otherwise been a Qualifying Bet) are also not eligible for this Promotion, i.e. the first bet on the Selection remains the Cashed Out bet, and that bet is not eligible for a Bonus Bet Reward.
3. If an Account Holder is eligible for a Bonus Bet Refund (because their Qualifying Bet does not start in the Futures Race), the TAB will apply the Bonus Bet Refund in the amount of the Qualifying Bet or in the amount of the Maximum Amount, whichever is the lower. No Bonus Bet Refund will exceed the Maximum Amount.
4. Bonus Bet Refunds will be paid to the Account Holder’s TAB account on the declaration of the final field (where the Selection is confirmed to be a non-starter) or prior to 24 hours after the completion of the Futures Race (where the Selection is in the final field but does not start in the race).
5. Unless otherwise stated in these Bonus Back Terms and Conditions, Bonus Bets earned from a Bonus Bet Refund are subject to the Terms and Conditions for Bonus Bets, available here: At its sole discretion, the TAB may apply the Bonus Bet Refund as a payment to the Qualifying Account.
6. TAB may, without limitation, withdraw an Account Holder's eligibility for this Promotion at any time, cancel this Promotion without notice, or amend these terms and conditions without notice.
7. Where an Account Holder's eligibility for TAB promotions has been withdrawn by the TAB ("TAB Promotion Ineligible"), then that Account Holder is not eligible for this Promotion (including where the Account Holder becomes TAB Promotion Ineligible during this Promotion).
8. All Qualifying Bets, and bets made with Bonus Bet Refunds, are subject to TAB betting rules.
