Cash Out is an option that gives you more control over your bets!

Cash Out offers you the possibility to pay the ticket even before all the selected events on the ticket have ended.

With this option, you can take a safe profit or reduce a potential loss as long as the outcome of the played events is unknown.

The amount of Cash Out offered depends on the selection of the event on the ticket - it can be higher or lower than the stake.

You can accept or reject the offered amount of Cash Out at any time.

How to submit a request for the Cash Out option for tickets played online via MaxBet.me and the MaxBet mobile application?

1. Log in to your MaxBet account and look for the "Cash Out" icon in the overview of played tickets.

2. If there is already an amount offered for Cash Out on the icon next to the played ticket - by clicking on the icon it is possible to make the payment immediately.

3. If there is no offered amount for Cash Out on the icon next to the played ticket - by clicking on the icon you can request a Cash Out payment.

4. You will receive information on whether there is a possibility of Cash Out payment for the played ticket.

5. You can accept or reject the offered amount for Cash Out, without any obligation.

How to send a request for cashout in the MaxBet branch?

1. Present the played ticket to the operator and request a Cash Out payment.

2. The operator informs you about the possibility of Cash Out payment and the amount offered for payment.

3. You can accept or reject the offered amount for early payment within 15 seconds.

NOTE:

For all tickets played, you can request Cash Out exclusively at the branch where the ticket was paid for.

If the player accepts the offered amount for Cash Out - the player is paid the offered amount (receives confirmation of payment), and the operator keeps the ticket.

If the player refuses the offered amount for Cash Out - the operator returns the attached ticket.

PROMOTION RULES AND CONDITIONS:

 

The Cash Out option is only available for individual tickets whose status is active (one or more events on the ticket have not started or are in progress but not yet completed).

The Cash Out option is not available for tickets that have already been concluded as a loss.

The Cash Out option is available at all MaxBet payment points, as well as on the website (maxbet.me or through the MaxBet mobile application).

After the successful realization of the Cash Out (the player accepted the offered amount for Cash Out) – the final payment accepted by the player is valid, and the subsequent and final results have no influence on the already accepted payment.

The Cash Out option display is always visible on active tickets regardless of whether the option is currently available or not. The Cash Out option may not be available for certain events or tickets. MaxBet is not responsible if the Cash Out option is not available for technical reasons.

The Cash Out amount offered may be higher or lower than the stake on the ticket and depends on several factors:

time of ticket payment
height stakes
the number of events played on the ticket and their value, i.e. the total coefficient
of the number of events that have not started and their current value, i.e. the total coefficient
the number of affected events and their value, i.e. the total affected coefficient
of the number of events in progress and their current value of the odds offer
bonus on the number of events played
bonus on the number of hit pairs
realized benefits on ticket payment (promotions, vouchers, freebet bonus, etc.)
MaxBet has no obligation to accept every request for Cash Out made by the player.

The player is not obliged to accept every amount offered for Cash Out.

The player is limited to the number of attempts he can make a request for Cash Out in a certain period of time, and depending on the status of the event that is on the paid ticket, it will be transparent on the ticket itself.

If the ticket payment was made with Freebet funds - the required Cash Out payment will be made in the manner prescribed by the rules for Freebet. (e.g. For a ticket with a stake of €10.00 in Freebet, a Cash Out payment in the amount of €50.00 is offered. If the player accepts this Cash Out amount – €10.00 of the stake is returned to the player's account in Freebet funds, and the difference in the amount (the offered Cash Out payment minus the stake) is transferred to the player's cash account (€40.00)).

A ticket that has been paid once using the Cash Out option cannot be canceled or charged again.

Due to technical problems, as well as in the case of an obvious error in the offer for the Cash Out option, MaxBet reserves the right to suspend any payment, to correct the offer of odds for certain matches that were current at the time the request for payment was sent, and to correct the amount accordingly for payment in the manner prescribed.

Any attempt to irregularly charge a ticket via the Cash Out option, as well as the misuse of any part of it by players, is strictly prohibited. In that case, MaxBet reserves the right to retroactively (subsequently) suspend any payment, i.e. refund the funds that were irregularly paid to the player who abused the option in any way. (e.g. paid Cash Out on a ticket that is currently requested was already lost at the time of the request, Cashout was paid due to incorrect processing of the results of any match in the offer, attempt to prematurely pay out tickets played with funds obtained on the basis of winning any benefit, and the like).
