1. The organizer of the promotion " Welcome offer - Plant without risk" version 5 ("Promotion") is the company BUKMACHERSKA Sp. Z oo, Wąchocka 1F, 03-934 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000806643, with share capital of PLN 2,105,000.00, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 5272907780 ("Organizer").
2. The promotion is carried out on the website https://fuksiarz.pl.
3. The promotion is valid from 01/06/2022 from 11:00 until further notice.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion and withdraw the Promotion at any time and without giving any reason.
5. The promotion is intended for newly registered players on the website www.fuksiarz.pl who have been properly verified.
6. As part of the Promotion, the Organizer grants the Player a bonus of 50% of the paid stake ("Bonus Funds") if the first bet after registration is made ("Bonus bet"), if it is a loser. The maximum value of the bonus is PLN 500.
7. The bonus bet must be placed during the promotion period.
8. A bonus bet must consist of a minimum of two Events . Each of the events included in the coupon must have a minimum exchange rate of 1.6 . The bonus bet is considered lost if at least one of the Events loses.
9. The minimum stake for a Bonus bet is PLN 5 0.
10. The promotion covers the offer of bookmakers (including bets from the eSport offer and bets from the Virtual Sports offer).
11. The Promotion does not apply to Bets with the Cash Out option or System Bets.
12. The bonus funds will be credited to the Player's bonus account immediately after the settlement of the Bonus Bet covered by the promotion.
13. Bonus funds may be used to conclude further mutual bets with the Organizer or for direct payment.
14. The bonus funds are reduced by 12% of the tax on games referred to in the Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.
15. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions offered by the Organizer.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to award Bonus Funds and to cancel Bonus Funds, in particular in the following cases:
- breach of the provisions of the Regulations or the Betting Regulations;
- attempts to create several Accounts or create accounts for different personal data by the same Player or several Players acting in concert,
- the use by the Player of personal data that does not belong to him or the use by the Player of an identity document not belonging to him,
- taking actions by the Player to bypass the requirements set out in the Regulations for participation in the Promotion or in the event of using any other practices to abuse the bonus system.
17. Each Player may use the Promotion only once, which means that the possibility of participating in the Promotion is limited to one Account, one household, one IP address, computer (device), home address, telephone number, payment method and address of public places (eg. university, school, library, workplace, etc.). In addition, Bonus Funds will not be awarded or may be withdrawn when the IP address, household or used device (computer / telephone) has been used for another Account, starting from the moment of Account registration until the withdrawal of winnings.
18. Disputes arising under these Regulations will be settled on the basis of the complaint procedure specified in the Regulations of Mutual Bets arranged by Bukmacherska sp. Z oo via the Internet.
19. Regulations of the promotion "Welcome offer - Bet without risk" version 5 shall be repealed upon entry into force (point 3 above). Regulations of the promotion "Welcome offer - Bet without risk" version 4.
20. The Company reserves the right to block or close the Account in the event of suspicion of abuses by the Player that could expose the Company to losses, including suspected abuses specified in § 22 section 2 of the Rules of mutual wagering organized by Bukmacherska Sp. zoo via the Internet. In this case, all Bets placed from such an Account will be canceled by the Company and the Player will only receive a refund of the stakes paid, in accordance with § 23 section 1 of the Rules of mutual wagering arranged by Bukmacherska Sp. z o. o. via the Internet.
