1. Valid for Alexabet members and registered as a member at least 3 (three) months before their birthday.

2. Birthday gifts are only valid 1 x per year according to the registered date of birth.

3. The requirement to get a birthday gift is that the turn over value of a member for 3 months must reach a minimum of 8,000,000,-/claim.

4. The birthday gift given is Rp. 188,000.00.

5. Prizes must be claimed through customer service via contact or live chat by attaching a valid photocopy of identity for verification of the date of birth and the appropriate name at the time of member registration.

6. The deadline for claiming birthday gifts is 7 days before or 7 days after the date of birth listed.

7. Prizes may be withdrawn at any time without any conditions.

8. If there is an indication of fraud or an intention to commit fraud, Alexabet has the right to cancel the prize without the need for explanation.
